The Land That Holds Us, draws inspiration from the myths, movement, and changing landscapes of the Lake District. Through layered motifs, shifting colour palettes, and narrative-led compositions, the collection reflects the relationship between landscape and identity, capturing both the magic and familiarity embedded within the natural environment.

Beginning with coloured pencil drawings, the process combines illustrations with digital development to create contemporary repeat patterns with depth and texture. These designs are intended to bring warmth, character, and a sense of storytelling into interior spaces through textiles and wallpaper.
